Is Chevalier broken?

I have been trying to complete this weeks Gold Pass missions. One of them is to place 60 stun, freeze or sleep debuffs on champions in the arena.

One champion I thought would excel at this is Chavelier with his Stern Rebuke skill. Which states, has a 50% chance to place a Stun debuff. I have used him in about 30-40 arena battles and not once has he placed a stun debuff on a champion when using this skill.

Does anyone else have this problem? This champion is worthless if this skill doesnt work properly.

Can you clarify that for me. You mean after 30 battles he never even proc hes debuff or it procs from time to time but never actually manage to stun the enemy.

What is his accuracy rating? Do you see resisted on enemy when you try?

This is the reason behind my question and his low accuracy is the most obvious answer here, but still worth checking is this a case.

Don’t do mastery on him unless you plan to use him beyond this mission. Some Mino runs to unlock T2 can't hurt your overall progress, but you can just use some proper gear on him to boost hes accuracy this will be enough.

Try going with a pair of Accuracy Artifacts, and try to look for gear with Accuracy sub stats. The next thing you should be doing daily is using arena tokens and building up the great hall. You can gain some accuracy from the great hall which is one of the stats you want to push in there anyways.

One of them is to place 60 stun, freeze or sleep debuffs on champions in the arena. </p><br><p>One champion I thought would excel at this is Chavelier with his Stern Rebuke skill. Which states, has a 50% chance to place a Stun debuff. I have used him in about 30-40 arena battles and not once has he placed a stun debuff on a champion when using this skill. </p><br><p>Does anyone else have this problem? The next thing you should be doing daily is using arena tokens and building up the great hall. One of them is to place 60 stun, freeze or sleep debuffs on champions in the arena. </p><br><p>One champion I thought would excel at this is Chavelier with his Stern Rebuke skill. Which states, has a 50% chance to place a Stun debuff. I have used him in about 30-40 arena battles and not once has he placed a stun debuff on a champion when using this skill. </p><br><p>Does anyone else have this problem? The next thing you should be doing daily is using arena tokens and building up the great hall.
