You have every right to be upset.  Plarium is outright malicious towards it's customers.  Probably at least 30 percent of the player base have spent 10k plus and still need lots of work on their accounts.  It's shameful.

i have pull last time gold, purples, and blue shards. No legends chamions, only 2 worthless epics, and horrible Rares. I used it for food. 

yes i agree 100% with killerclones post and to me its worse as casino at last at a casino i will have better chance to win lol and i said long ago when it says boosted its not boosted i pulled more legendaries with blue shards when nothing was boosted and some will say thats RNG i say its bs haha

Well, this weekend you could have bought a lego for 300 bucks.

But yeah. The rates are not broken, just low. There is pretty much 0 reason to pull outside of x2 events or x10 if you really really need one of those champions.

the luck of the pull is a fickle beast in terms of 2x events can be just as frustrating but also rewarding, i switched to fully ftp in november after two 2x sacred events in 2 months dropping around 40 sacreds didnt yield me a single lego.

i would say 90% of my legos if not closer to 95% have come from ancient shards, it does seem that you get to a 2x event and you have been hoarding shards waiting then the event goes live you drop your shards you walk away from the pulls with that feeling of frustration especially with the 2 x rate of voids at 1% that one area of the game i would love to see the rate increase to at least 5% 

i would believe alot of people are in the same boat - i just keep grinding away stockpiling for 2x events and hoping that the rng will be in my favor one day come in dracomorph lol
