We have a new clan member but he is not showing on the clan page, his details show he's in the clan but has only clan chat as access.

This is still the case, the guy can talk to us on chat but still in limbo.
His details show him as in the clan but has no access to the clan areas
We cant kick him and he cant leave us.
His account tag is AI01
