The same it´s happening to me. Since the last "gift", I can´t fight in dungeons. Have wasted 100 energy of the "gift" and it's crashing... My patience is almost over. This game is adictive, and money have been wasted... Not anymore...

I use Venus but haven't tried anything with her tonight.
One possible suggestion, have you tried lowering your graphics settings?
I believe there was a note about enhanced graphics effects and its *possible* that may be pushing you pc/tablet/phone past its limits.
