It's all about which ones have the most speed. the order you set them has nothing to do with it. Obviously you want your leader to have the best aura for the given content.

Speed stat on champions decide order of attack.

Fastest unit on map moves first (unless hegemon - let's not talk about that ...), then either next fastest, or if first one had turn meter manipulation skills (apothecary, gorgorab, few others) and boosted turn meter of allies they might move next even if raw speed number on oponent unit is higher ...

That's a bummer that we have no control over what order they attack in, but thanks for the info.

You didn't understand the previous posts.

You have complete control over what order your champs attack in, unless your opponent does something to slow you, stun you, freeze you, etc.

Its done by equipping items with speed.

Its essential strategy to many boss fights and pvp fight to adjust the speed on you champs to make sure they go in the right order.

Watch some you tube videos and learn how.

Ah yes I see what you mean. I went in and modified some gear sets and now I have my team just how I want it to be.
