Suzerain Katonn Suggestion

His second ability is to have a 50% chance to weaken and if you upgrade the skill 80% chance. If that doesn’t work he can decrease defense by 60%

This doesn’t make any sense as decrease defense is the stronger debuff. It’s almost punishing the players by upgrading his skills. Shouldn’t it be the reverse?
