Don't rely on user rating. They often mislead players. In my opinion, a good team comp for fire knight should have, Champions should have at least multi hits skill 1, One of the should at least have heal block (if you can't nuke the boss), fast speed (180+ is a good starting minimum), Reviver (if you're using Coldheart), Healer (if you can't nuke the waves and the boss). Focus on your team composition and check affinity.

my experience for fire knight is that almost all champions in the team should have mutiple hits on their primary, my healer don't, but his job is to keep the team alive. HAve one champion with the ability to buff your team with reflect damage. That's 5 hits from the outset when he attacks. Heal denial help, but remember that it can only proc AFTER the shield have been broken. a turnmeter decreasin hero can help too, ofc.
I haven't killed level 13 yet, but that is purely because the fireknight haven't been a priority for me so far. My team of "fireknighters" are level 50 with gear around level 8 or 12 and are autoing level 10 so far. I fully expect that when I finally get around to level them up and get them the masteries too, they will be able to deal with the higher levels of the fireknight as well.
As said above, don't rely on the rating.
What you need is to remove his shield quick - so you'll need the champions with many hits on the first skill.
Also you want him to do his moves as less as possible - increase speed buff for you, decrease speed for him and skills with depleting meter are welcome.
Finally, you'll need a heal prevention debuff. Do you have a Coldheart? She is very solid choice for this dungeon.
Champions with a mass counter attack are the big help but they are only three in the game as far as I know, so if you don't have it it's a real challenge to get them :)
Another thing to consider, shield reflection allows to reduce his shield by 5 (the reflected damage hits the boss and reduces the shied) Fellhound for exemple will do the job.
