Why is it that my champion with 85% chance to proc NEVER (and I really mean NEVER) procs his heal denial in arena (doesn't trigger, no resist message or anything, just nothing...) yet it works flawlessly everywhere else in the game.

I'm tired of seeing my Kurita doing jack all against heal teams where he might as well not even be present because his primary attack ability never triggers in arena.

Extremely frustrating and is making me wanting to just not bother.
