Lifesteal set is necessary to complete the campaign and farm on it (at least until the mid game).

To complete it I used def% chest and boots, trying to obtain speed from other items.

Just try, def is really important.

bad advice.....

op says: i have trouble with the bombs from lord shazarm which will explode in 1 turn and ingore defence.

resist will help, u can try for a resist chest. (iwould go with a hp% chest and get enough health to just survive the bombs.

but even better is inproving your speed to be double that of the waves.

also good to know is that boms scale of max attack only so if you give him 50% attack down he will hit for alot less

also good to know is that accuracy debuff will also help here to avoid the bombs.

I've just said how I completed it.

And yes, bombs ignore def and it's better to have more resistence, but you need def too if you want to pass all the stages. 

overall, yess. against bombs no.
