Hello watcher48, and welcome to Raid: Shadow Legends!
Unfortunately, I'm not fully aware of the rules on alternatives at this moment, but with a quick search I managed to find some information.
As this post states, yes this is allowed up to 5 accounts provided you are not using the Referral Link to refer yourself.
I'd recommend keeping up to 2 accounts (e.g one for spending some money, the other completely without spending just like some Youtubers do) just to be safe.

thank you for answer but l mean ,can l open same time both of them with 1 pc?for example:l was playing forsaken world(a.r.c mmorpg game) and l could be open 3 game client same time..
