After those 90 days, you will have to be paying for everything from here on out.  The 90 day login is simply to reel people in.  Once they have you for those 90 days, the rewards come to a screeching halt.

It is an issue that numerous vets have brought up countless times.  They throw TONS of rewards at you in the first 90 days, but then they give you nothing other than events that you have to spend $10-20 in in-game purchases to complete.

That's too bad. Looks like I may be leaving in a couple of weeks.

I'm not going to join in the slagging of the developers for their pricing structure - game developers don't work for free - though I do wonder if they are striking the best balance for themselves. These games need a loyal FTP population for the paying players to beat up on. But I guess they know their business model better than I do.

That said, my progress has already slowed down. After the daily awards dry up, I'll be left with a variety of very slow grinds + hoping for luck on shards + the really long mission grind to Arbiter (currently 178/286, with a fairly clear path to 226, but then there are some missions - Great Hall missions & clan CB missions especially - that will take me a LONG time to get past after that). Not sure that is attractive enough to keep me playing.

Actually no more daily login reward after 90 days is a good news for me. 

So I can stop playing this game after 3 months ( so addictive ) and move on to other games.
