The reason why Im reporting it here because I lost faith in the support section. I paid around 300 euro for this game this month and I reported 2x 4 star chickens to have gone missing. They didnt help me with that, they claimed otherwise which is quite disrespectful. Anyway, I moved on, dont wanna keep crying about 2 chickens only.

Now Im facing 2 months chat ban. Here are the pics. Just a reminder that the message you are seeing is indeed the one that got me banned, because after several minutes it was deleted and I have proof of that as well in my 3rd pic. Enjoy and help me please.

I do regret paying for the game as much but I like the game and havent lost hope just yet in support.
