Banned for too many refund requests (exactly 2)...What?

https://imgur.com/a/zAPpQ58

I can't anymore. Too many offers poppin up when you log in, purchased 1 by mistake (no confirmation to purchase needed on phone), issued a refund request on google play (my 2nd), moments later I get a message that I'm banned for "too many" refund requests ..ok?

Speechless...Is here anyone from this company who can help? Already sent a ticket.

We removed the ban, but add confirmation before the purchase pls, so we can prevent situations like this.

Omg thank you very much

One thing I wanted to know tho, why is there a ban for people who ask for refunds if it's situatuons like this for example or any refund requests? The items do get removed after all.

+ is it stated anywhere that granted refund requests may end up in bans for players?

So players ultimately don't even know about potential refunds resulting in a ban for them? Because I didn't know, some people suggested it, but it ain't written anywhere. I think this is imporant for players to know. If you happen to buy something by accident or misclicked or mistake an offer and you wanted a refund, a potential ban for the account would be vital information for everyone. I think Plarium should state that plain and clear for all to know. Otherwise you invest in an account, ask for refunds and might end up losing your account that you invested hundreds of dollars into.

I've just read the terms of agreement and it says that no refunds will be given by Plarium, that's why you got banned.
