Should I upgrade my Kael to 5 stars when I have other epics waiting?

Should I upgrade my Kael to 5 stars when I have other epics waiting?

New player here and I was wondering what to do with my Kael. The reason why Im hesitating is because people are saying hes good, not only that, I have also upgraded all his skills to max lv. Should I upgrade him rather than my other epics?

Here is my list of epics who are also waiting to be 5 star:

- Deathless

- Mausoleum Mage

- Basher

- Kallia ( but without Atur)

Here is another reason why Im hesitating. I have epic Royal Guard 5 stars which is I think just a better version of Kael?

Also the combo between Deathless and Mausoleum Mage is just insane.

So considering all this, is Kael worth upgrading instead of epics that I own?

LOL, sorry, it's just that it's a no brainer given Kael's all around excellence.

And no, Royal Guard is not a "better" version of Kael. That is, despite some superficial similarities they have very different skill sets. You can use both in most situations. As to which is better in the abstract, that's subjective, but since Kael is easier to book/ascend, especially early on I'd definitely give him the edge. (Caveat: I don't have Royal Guard, so this paragraph relies upon theory crafting and the opinions of others, but I doubt that more experienced players would disagree). But you don't need to choose.

Should I upgrade him rather than my other epics?</p><p>Here is my list of epics who are also waiting to be 5 star:</p><p>- Deathless</p><p>- Mausoleum Mage</p><p>- Basher</p><p>- Kallia ( but without Atur)</p><br><p>Here is another reason why Im hesitating. I have epic Royal Guard 5 stars which is I think just a better version of Kael? </p><p>Also the combo between Deathless and Mausoleum Mage is just insane.</p><br><p>So considering all this, is Kael worth upgrading instead of epics that I own?</p><br><p>I really ned help. That is, despite some superficial similarities they have very different skill sets. You can use both in most situations. As to which is better in the abstract, that's subjective, but since Kael is easier to book/ascend, especially early on I'd definitely give him the edge. (Caveat: I don't have Royal Guard, so this paragraph relies upon theory crafting and the opinions of others, but I doubt that more experienced players would disagree). Should I upgrade him rather than my other epics?</p><p>Here is my list of epics who are also waiting to be 5 star:</p><p>- Deathless</p><p>- Mausoleum Mage</p><p>- Basher</p><p>- Kallia ( but without Atur)</p><br><p>Here is another reason why Im hesitating. I have epic Royal Guard 5 stars which is I think just a better version of Kael? </p><p>Also the combo between Deathless and Mausoleum Mage is just insane.</p><br><p>So considering all this, is Kael worth upgrading instead of epics that I own?</p><br><p>I really ned help. That is, despite some superficial similarities they have very different skill sets. You can use both in most situations. As to which is better in the abstract, that's subjective, but since Kael is easier to book/ascend, especially early on I'd definitely give him the edge. (Caveat: I don't have Royal Guard, so this paragraph relies upon theory crafting and the opinions of others, but I doubt that more experienced players would disagree).
