I have been told that black knights a3 scales off hp lost over the entire fight, not current hp lost on bar at time you use the skill. I don't believe this to be correct, but I want to ask. They said even of you keep him topped off with hp, over a long fight he will be hitting very hard with that a3. Can anyone verify this? 

Side note, I'm so happy they fixed him as he was one of my first Legos, and he's been collecting dust. I just wonder why his a3 still says it scales off atk, when the skill description is clear that it's about hp lost. At least I can remove his crit gloves and atk stats for the most part. Some of my clan was complaining about which champs they rebalanced, but I'm very happy with it. They fixed several broken epics, and of course bk is the star of the patch.
