I have been Chat Ban in the game.
I am innocent.
I sent a ticket to the Support Team.
None of them have responded to me.
I have been unresolved for a few days now.

Support in this game is like an abandoned town, tickets are lying on the ground, and floats with the wind, and bushes are rolling on through the crossroads just like in a western movies...

I got banned too. Same clan, today between 2:20 and 2:25pm...

Please, if a mod is available and before too much time passes and the thing becomes hard to find, I would like my ban to be investigated.
If it is a bug, it might help fixing it. If it is a justified ban, I would love to know wich violation of terms was performed so I can avoid it in the future.

For once I wasn't swearing, I got banned as I was talking about how I had a great drop on dragon with amazing substat.

My ban expired on the 17th Nico.
It expired today so that's how I can talk again.
I went to discord to try and get unban.
They said the person who does Support Tickets was on vacation.
I filed a Support Ticket.
No one answered me for a whole week.
The Support team didn't help me at all.
Its really sad to be ban when you have done nothing wrong.
Than no one helps you to get unban.
You just have to wait till it expires.

There is a surge of players getting chat ban by the bot.
That is what one of the moderators told me.
Yep, It seems like the chat bot has a bug.

Everything is okay, this is Plarium bot, so it's working along with Plarium habits- making people upset, angry, and disappointed
