So I noticed a lot of things are messed up with Foli since this patch.

1. Leech Debuff. When using biodisruptor on a target that already has leech, it does 0 healing to him. The damage should and used to heal him. All of his attacks seem to have a 50% chance to actually heal him. No other heroes I have seen have this problem now. His damage is not giving 10% healing back from leech. It’s very random when it works.

2. Missing health. Overtime in battle he can never be fully healed. He is literally missing a chunk of health instead of gaining a full health bar. It’s causing him to not last as long against clan boss etc.
