I have the same problem, and also I'm sending this reports. But I'm starting to think it's just a fake communique that appears only to keep you away from sending ticket on support with  ask for compensation. Smart move.

And i need more information about your devices (Name, Model and Android/Ios system).

Can you go to setups and set your Graphics to 30fps and low graphics plz and we will see if this problems will continue.

This might be a good explanation for a key I missed.

I do have crashes and lock ups as well. Sometimes can't even relog immediately and I need to wait. Quite annoying. Sometimes it's even better for me to delete the game, then get it back. But that takes time, since it needs to reload the patches

I don't think you've fixed as many problems as you believe.  Do you read the error reports? I'm running a Samsung S8 plus with latest update. Tried your suggestions. Still experiencing lockups.
