Consensus in my cluster is that he's more or less useless for end-game accounts, but very very good for people just starting out.

Personally, I'm glad to see them giving something good for new players instead of exclusively catering to krakens.

I can't argue with the super-early-game people making good use of him, but I'm not sure if I'd recommend they even book him. He seems like he fills a similar role to Scyl, except just worse.

Definitely a very strong early game option.  A good reviver will help a lot of people.

I'd say, Godseeker is a much stronger Reviver and is only an epic....

Anyone plan on spending any effort at all on this event? Considering the champ itself seems very uninteresting, I doubt I'll be bothering.

Might. Wouldn't say I'm necessarily excited for a 5* soul but I'll go for the primal and mythic book anyway.

I am 100% in for the Mythical Book in Champ Training, so right now, I am triple-dipping Spider, DD & Champ Training.  

I don't really care about Artor's Awakening because I will probably never build him, but as long as the events aren't too steep in requirements, I will probably play along with everything just to get the Mythical Book @ 1450. From there, it is just another 50 points.   

i do wonder how useful artor might be in hard FW when it gets here which has me at least a little curious about getting the soul. 

I tapped out at the path to even get the champ.  Time will tell how bad I've screwed myself.

Probably not.  You must be talking about the login + titan soul.  Shows how interesting I find either of them.

It's possible but we did just have the option for Noelle + Nic which should carry pretty well i hope.

I pulled mine without a second though.  He's so good.  Really hoping for a soul this 2x.

There is nothing on the calendar for the events that start next week.  Has it been announced somewhere that there won't be a Champ Chase as part of the Titan Event?

This is a pretty head-scratching event, I gotta be honest... They offer the "free" login champ, which is really only great for early (to mid) game players... Then make this wierd Titan event around it (for the 5* soul) that is so out of touch that no one who needs this champ will have the resources to get anyway...

And the ones who do have the resources to get the 5* soul, don't really need this Champ to begin with... What's the thought process here?
