Started a new account to try and get a better start during the Hatter event but cant participate because novice tournament wont go away and allow the games tournaments to load Novice ended about 3 days ago

i submitted a ticket and was told i would not be eligible for tournament untill a week after novice tournaments end

Why advertise trying to get people to start over for a new event if your locked out of participating
