The obvious choices are Monkey (Sun WuKong) Ratking (Gnishak) and Lyssandra, but you're probably struggling for lego books, so consider Deacon and Rector.

Warcaster and Maneater can also be used for unkillable demon lord teams

Magnarr is a great nuker, arguable the best epic nuker in the game

At this early point of your account, and given availabilty of books, I'd go with Monkey, Rector (for revive) and Magnarr

I got 4 legendary books and 4 epics, thats what I have.

I was thinking about Magnarr, rector and gnishak to rank 6.

Can Warcaster and Maneater do a nice job at Rank 5 or they need to go rank 6 ?

Anyone worth using in clan boss is worth maxing out.

Either way, you probably don't have the gear to get those teams working yet, but building them eventually for that goal is something to keep in mind

Something to add with regards to shard use: save them for 2x (2x times rarity chance) for the time being. this early we are looking to grab as many epics (and hopefully legos, though epics are easier to build due to books) as possible. 

chucking shards at CvC really should only happen much much further down the line in your account :)

About gear, what should I use, it there any videos/forum that actually can help me? becouse im just getting more confused day by day.....................

It's gonna start off by what content can you clear;

Probably early on you wanna use speed and lifesteal items, but always look at stat totals over set bonuses, at leaast until you start getting the variable sets

Perception is also pretty much always a good choice if you've made some progress in faction crypts and have a decent supply of materials
