Does "Ignore Def" on Savage and Cruel sets stack? Do I get 30% Ignore Def by using both on the same character?

The Total stats display "zero" for Ignore Def hence the question

AFAIK they stack. All Ignore Defense is additive between gear, masteries, skills and blessings. That's why 6 Star Cruelty blessing is so OP, you can reach 100% ignore defense depending on the level of the enemy + gear.
It's referred to as "Pure Damage" at that point
