I use a similar team. It does still work.

My speeds are:

DPS: 216

Pain Keepers: 195, 197, and 199

Helicath: 251

AI presets have all 3 pain keepers and Helicath never using their A2s.

Also it's been pretty nerfed so it's possible you can just straight bully it now.

The video showed speeds as low as 160 on one of the Painkeepers and it does not work.  I will build your version.

Do you really need to even use a team like this? I feel like you have more than enough champs to just brute-force it.

I saved 3 Painkeepers for this team for a long time.  I might as well use them.  lol

I built the exact same speeds and presets.  Gnish looses the strengthen buff.  

Suggestions?

I built Helicath, Gnish, 3 Painkeeper speed tune for IT 15.  

No one on that team has strengthen?

Hellcat: 258 speed, A3 priority 1, a2 p2

PK1 : 219, a3 p1 a2p2

PK2: 180, A3 p1, a2 p2 OPEN

PK3: 177, A3 p1, A2 p2 OPEN

gnishak: 177

Oh, i think i know what your probelm was: gnishak might need to lockout the a3, or the extra turn will have him outrunning the block damage buff

That's my former team, but I used coldheart instead of gnishak.

I switched over to Emic 2pk coldheart and geo, takes about 1 minute per run

Did you use this team after the nerf?

I havent. But the speeds didnt change in the nerf, so the team should still work exactly the same.

I'm 99% sure your issue is that you need to lockout ratking's a3; getting an extra turn is making him outrun the block damage buff

I locked out his A3 and still lost with the first build in this thread.  I will try your build this weekend.  

Make sure to set the ai

PK 2 and PK 3 have a3 as priority 1 but open with a2
