We need to see more of your roster, but at first glance I'm thinking a double Maneater unkillable team. That said, reaching 1-key is more a question of gear than of champs. What are you running presently?

i was doing double man eater and geo, but i can only two key. ive been messing around with teams, but i can only get 25m a key without maneater/unkillable

Getting one-key without unkillable/blockdmg is *really* tough, and requires very specific teams. It's much easier to reach using unkillable/blockdmg - that said, it's still not *easy* at all, and usually requires tuning around 2:1 or even 3:1 teams.

Do you have Seeker or Ma'Shalled? They tend to be pretty much a requirement. Or did you get Wixwell? He makes the job very easy.

i wish, ive got a sophi or speed boosting. honestly about it. i did show my whole roster thats worth while.

I'd not worry about trying to reach 1-key then. I doubt you can pull it off.

It can be done. It takes a lot of good gear. And the part that put this clan member of mine over the edge of 1-key was Seeker in a toxic set. But this is actually the 5 best built champions on her whole account.
