Poor made game lol 90% of all peeps in raid tied so whats the points it dumb then we donated all florins and man orbs but we cant rapair !! Yup by far the worst and dumbest bs riad every done should have just left cvc thats it cuz this crap waist of our time lol !! We got more rewards so why we didnt get the chest ? There arrow is down to that shpuld be a win for us !!!

That arrow that you circled has nothing to do with your opponent. It is indicating that your clan will be demoted to T5 next time becasue you did not achieve enough Victory points to hold T6.
Also, for your fututre reference, even if your clan had won the Siege, you would not have gotten the Victory Chest because it appears that you did not win either an Offense Battle or a Defense Battle based on the picture above. There is all kinds of commotion related to that on Discord & YT.
You must do the following to win:
iSince neither you nor your opponent successfully defended a single position on your map, resulting in a tie, neither of your clans get victory chests
