My question is, as someone who is probably a bit under average/mid game in his characters (I have like 6 well/max equipped champs with partial ascensions, mostly free log in champs like ronda, udk and monkey)

With all this said, my question is, mathematically, would it be wise for me to start putting on one man/free loss defense teams in arena, so that I can fall down to low ranks for easy wins to farm medals? Or would staying in my current rank (gold 2-3) be more beneficial for farming medals? I know the stat boost is bigger, but I'm fine waiting on that if dropping means easier medal grinding rn.
