Again, they addressed that. The event was a 2x event + a progressive chance event.

If you opened 50 shards and didn't get any lego, then you are 100% unaffected by the bug. The fact that the odds of getting Gnut were not properly calculated is irrelevant, since you didn't get a lego at all.

If you opened them and you did get a lego, then you'll get some form of compensation, and I'm not sure what the specifics of that are.

How can you ever know for sure? You can't. But if they weren't applying that 2x when they said they were, they'd be facing massive legal liability for it. So, you just have to assume they are being honest.

We have sent compensation as apologies for the inconvenience caused by the shutdown of the Progressive Chance event earlier.

Due to the nature of the event and the amount of resources spent, we decided to separate the compensation into multiple parts.

The first one is a general compensation that will be sent to everyone who opened at least one shard during the first launch of the event:

• 200 energy
• 500к silver
• 100 multi-battles

The second one will depend on the resources (shards) used and the modifiers that should have been provided at the event's start.

Players who were not summoning Champions from shards during the initial launch of the event or who had pulled the chosen Champion during that short period, will not receive the second part of the compensation.
