I've avoided live arena like the plague since the initial frustration of it when it was first released, but for the last week or so I've done my best to try to get in there to get some crests to upgrade my hydra squad. This afternoon I hit Silver I and couldn't wait to throw some silver crests at bronze upgrades....only to find they aren't discounted in the same way that the Great Hall Affinity Bonuses are. I am immensely disappointed and my day is ruined! (Not really, but I wanted to throw out a quick "FYI" to hopefully save someone of the slight/moderate disappointment I did feel.)

Not a huge deal, but I would have spent my bronze badges differently had I known. I am enjoying live arena a lot more now, way fewer d/c's and slow players than at launch for me, so if you've been holding off it might be worth getting in there now for some good bonuses.
