Generally speaking shes a better support champ, but you do lose the Dec def from Tayrel so depends on the whole team.

you've got ninja providing def down, so it should be worth it to replace tayrel with ss. you also should look for someone to replace dark elhain, as she's pretty rubbish for clan boss. post a picture of your roster and maybe we can find someone better.

You have no poison. Dark Kael is an awesome poisoner for Clan Boss. He is a clear upgrade over Dark Elhain. So is Anax.
Might be even better to bring in Farakin and run a combo CA/AA.
I think you could pretty easily get to 2-key, especially with the CA/AA combo.
