I did too. I may develop her for a fun team with her an Xena for teams that load up on buffs. 

For you it's absolutely more useful. Very solid wave clear for many dungeons.

So when I pulled  my first seer ........I was like ummmmmmm OK  into vault after reading she would stip all my team buffs

after watching CCs  on Seer and undestanding how she works I managed to half build  her correctly and then she performed for me

she is still not a 100% build  but works so I do indeed use  her still in  niche instances

Could build a speedy DT Team at least.  Save yourself some minutes every day.

Just got one too during armanz champ chase , gonna have to see how to build her .. wish it wouldve been shamael but hey , i'll take a seer too :s

What if he prefers the slower pace of non-Seer Doom Tower?

For Hard DT:

200+ speed

300 Acc

As much CD as you can stack

A couple of Buffers

A reset toon

That'll get you most of the way through Hard DT with pretty quick runs.  

you don't even need the Acc if you have enough CD to not need to strip & debuff the other team, but it sure helps with the higher levels.

Then I'll let him manual my Hydra runs 

reset has in cooldown reset right (any required specific on the reset?)

Tbh my wave clear is pretty fast already, using a bomb-exploder team. Don't really have silver to spare to just throw things onto Seer for faster clearing, considering the massive silver drain that is Sintranos.

coming up on 2.5 years, just pulled my first Serris today.

Likewise, one of the few epics ive been looking for.

Off the top of my head, I think maneater is the only really good epic that still eludes me.

plus 5 crappy ones (well, 4 and fyrgun) that i need for the mikage fusion.

Seer is about the team you build around her. get to 200speed, 100cr, and stack crit dmg (higher the better).  use savage or similiar if you can.

No other stats matter, not even acc.  The rest of your team you want buffers in shield sets or immunity gear that goes before her.  Every buff helps her nuke.  Lastly you want a reset champ (or two).

I use Kymar, but any reset toon will do.  If you don't have Kymar or Yumeko, you should be able to make Nia work, and you can even use Renegade if you have no other options.  

I did not mention it before, but you do need to have 100% CR as well.  

I don't do it, but Chris' suggestion to use shield gear and immunity for extra buffs is a viable boost to damage.  

Lydia is one of the best toons to use with Seer becasue she buffs & debuffs with her A2.  Same with Mithrala A2.

After trying countless variations of a Dragon Hard 10 team, I settled on a Seer comp becasue nothing else can match her for wave clearance.  I use: Mithrala, Lydia, BEK, Seer & Kymar.  I turn Seer's A3 off for the Boss fight, but she gets you to the boss immediately.
