I took a look at your champion collection and can see some great end-game picks.

here's a decent comp to start of with.

tay as lead

light as defence up

aothar as poisoner

septimus as debuff extender

Apothecary as speed buffer

My Recommendation is the following team:

• Leader: Tayrel - Def Aura
  
• Tayrel - Attack Down
• Jizoh - Single Ally Counter Attack - Put the buff on Tayrel to ensure his Atk Down land 100%
• Apothecary - Speed Buff + TM + Spot Heal
• Eleneril - Poison
• Aothar - Poison 

I am under the assumption that your team will have Life Steal gear.

Apothecary main function isn’t to heal!

DON’T RELY ON APOTHECARY TO HEAL YOU!

Apothecary main function is to increase your teams overall speed.

The way you heal is by having Lifesteal gear on your heroes.

Apothecary only does a small heal to top off a hero that couldn’t reach full HP from LS Gear.

If your team doesn’t have LS gear, I recommend Replacing Apothecary with Thenasil.

Thenasil is the best All Allies through-put healer that you have.

Thenasil can do a massive team heal.

The only issue is you miss out on Apothecary extra speed!

Bottom line: You need a way to heal vs. CB

There are 2 ways to heal.

1. Healing with Gear (Lifesteal, Immortal, or Regeneration)
2. Healing with Hero (Bad-El-Kazar, Thenasil, Vrask, or Zelotah)

This allows them to use someone else for extra utility.

Several heroes have been used as utility heroes

• Apothecary - Speed Buffs & TM
• Warlord, Bulwark, Vizier, or Septimus - Debuff Extender
• Long Beard or Catacomb Councilor - Rally Attack’s 
• Roschard the Tower or WarCaster - Block Damage
• Gorgorab, Broadmaw, or Abriter - Resurrection
• St. Nicolas or Paragon - Unkillable
