i missed clicked and saved a score and now it will not let me use that team
says it hase played in the last or something like that
how do i get it back...

Gotta wait till next week. If you save the score it locks those 6 champs. You have to use the Free Regroup if you want to try again with that team to do better.

You need to read what the hydra heads actually do.
Block revive and taunt are really big for hydra. But there are lots of other things you want. Burn for damage. Speed down on the heads and speed up on you. Cleanse. Etc.
Honestly watch some videos on their mechanics. There are 6 heads and you deal with all of them differently. There’s no one size fits all for hydra.
