From what I understand, Plarium are careful to avoid nerfing legendary and mythical champions due to the concern that it will be unpopular among players, it seems to be a logical conclusion, to survey the players, for example, over level 80 (to try to mostly get long term players, perhaps also a further one for players who have Taras, Marichka, 6* polymorph, etc, and allow players to view the results, maybe even ask about specifics of nerfs/buffs, maybe you are not looking for a 50% majority, maybe it should be 2/3, 90%, whatever, just asking for some more player feedback, it was done for Cursed City, why not for other things, please like/upvote if you agree, dislike/downvote if you disagree
