You start with 50 percent , the highest you can get from an artifact (and only gauntlets do it) is 60 percent . That puts you at 110 percent . The enchantment sigils from the faction wars don't include criticals. I can't figure out how I can get there, but it is one of the missions in artifacts.
Any ideas?
Base CD = 50-65%
Glove CD = 65%
Amulet CD = 33%
Masteries CD = 30%
6x Gear Pieces with CD Substats = 30-60%
Heroes skill CD = X depends if they have skill that adds extra CD
You can add the above up if you wish.
Nevertheless, it is possible to get above 150% CD
Don't forget the CD set bonus.

It's actually very easy to reach 150, problem is to keep your hero balanced.
I geared my Dracomorph for fun to make kikoolol number ~ when you kill an opponent, excess damage is tripled and lands on a random enemy. It's fun to see a 70k popping with a lvl 50... Problem is he only has 15k life so he is virtually useless for anything. I need to gear him life and acc for the clan boss now.
