i pref this team Rhazin (if he is full booked) - Occult Brewler - SkullCrusher - Steelskull and Apotgecart or LightSworn.

It really depends where each of those champs are in terms of masteries. But just looking at the bunch assuming they are all at the same level of upgrades I would say:

Rhazin

Steelskull ( only if booked, Juliana if not)

Skullcrusher

Occult brawler

Champs like Apothecary will perform really well but only with Giant slayer. 

Thank you very much for the input guys. Yes, those are mostly fully booked, except occult brawler.

I am collecting lifesteal sets meanwhile :-)
