Okay. By far the biggest problems are - everyone is too slow by a huge amount. Apoth wants to be 230 min speed and doomie 200 min. Others should be 170 min. And, venom and stag need to have 170+ acc. Other stats are secondary - you need to get those spd and acc as top priority.
Ok, I'll try to get better gear to get those stats up. Where should I go to do that?
I'll also look to see about swapping one of those support champs. Thanks!

I still can't get the stats you're saying on these champs...
I was able to get to stage 20 but I can't win. I don't know what to do at this point to strengthen my champs or how to get better champs. Anymore tips like where should I go to try and get better gear?

The reason you're unable to reach those stats is likely because you're not making them your focus. You really need to isolate those stats exclusively. Literally, even common gear could help you get there, though that's taking it to the extreme.
Use the artifact filters to focus on substats - that's the key. For example, for Apoth and Doompriest, you literally want to use ONLY items with speed substats (obviously excluding boots, which need speed mainstat). Once you find those items, you want to upgrade them only to level 4, because you'll have a huge number of them. A good deal of those should result in getting the speed substat upgraded. Then, take those which got the hit on speed, and bring them to 8. As long as you have all five items with two rolls on speed, you should have no trouble at all hitting at least 200 speed.

I'll try that. Thanks.
The short answer to that question is "neither". A "support" champ is a champ whose role is typically someone whose main role is to buff/heal your team. Often that means they have the tag "Support", but certainly not always. For example, Sinesha is a Support champ whose role is primarily to deal damage. Champs that are tagged "HP" are typically tagged as such because their damage scales based on HP, and not ATK (similarly, DEF champs scale their damage on DEF). HP champs can be support, such as for example Jareg, but they can also be primarly damagers, such as Husk, or CC, such as Miscreated Monster.
That said, the point of the person you are quoting is not to highlight the support champs specifically, but to point out that you really need to make sure to prioritize gear with % substats, and not flat substats - IE, favour HP% instead of just HP. Though really, the better answer is to prioritize neither, because speed is far more important typically.

Can you get Apothecary in 4/4 Relentless? The more often he goes, the more often everyone else goes. Stag Knight and Venomage are a good duo. Do you have any other DPS that can replace Tagoar and Doompriest? Anyone with an AOE Stun, AOE Provoke or AOE freeze? Do you have Scyl yet from Playtime?
If you can include a SS of your champs that are all level 50-60 it would really help. Stag+Venomage are great for clearing the waves and Apothecary gets you more turns and hits for everyone (and big single-target heals)
I finally defeated level 20. Do I just grind it for gear now? Basically: now what or what's next? I wish this game came with a checklist.
Good news is Stage 20 is the best stage to farm for gear until you have Hard 10 down. That goes for pretty much all 4 of the Gear Dungeons. With the Set Changes awhile back, Dragon could be argued as the least important with Fire Knight as top priority, Spider 2nd and Ice Golem as 3rd (especially if you're crafting 5-6 Perception Gear). Also one last really important piece of advice: Don't spend any silver on leveling Rank 4 gear or lower. For Rank 5 gear, only spend silver if its Epic or Legendary with two exceptions: Rare Crit Dmg gloves and Rare Speed Boots.

I needed those tips. Thanks!
