while battling ice golem I am using a poison overload team and I notice that he's helpers isn't coming back as long as the poison debuffs take his hp below the certian hp markers He won't bring back his helpers is it a glitch or just something I never knew about
The latter. His passive only triggers in retaliation to damage you do, and poison/HPBurn aren't considered damage you are doing.

Yup yup. DOTs are one of the best ways to chip thru IG. Unfortunately the poison strat doesn't work for Hard, though HP Burn still does.
