One of many possible teams. Let's see the roster.
Is it a speed tune?
Yep:
From Deadwoodjedi's site:
246-248 – Helicath
186 – Doompriest or alternate cleanser
175-178 – DPS
175-178 – DPS
173-178 (slowest) – Grizzled Jarl or alternate 3 turn debuff blocker
The 186 will always go first after AOE2 to cleanse debuffs and/or to cleanse the Stun. Doompriest can cleanse both and as such is an ideal fit to make this affinity friendly.
If you’re using Block Debuff Champion on a 3 turn cooldown (Underpriest Brogni/Grizz Jarl/Tatura Rimehide) instead of Doompriest, then you want to replace the 186 Doompriest with a 186 DPS and the slowest DPS champs with a block debuff champion.
Hellcat’s A3 needs to be fully booked out to a 4-turn cooldown.
His A2 can be either a 4 or 3-turn cooldown (4 preferred).
Affinity Adjustments
You’ll want to avoid the stun going to anyone who will drop the shield from Helicath. Generally this will mean avoiding your Block Debuff champion.
You will need a block debuff champion with a 3 turn cooldown on that skill. If you want to block the stun debuff as well, a 2 turn duration is required, otherwise you’ll want to avoid the stun hitting both Helicath and your Block Debuff champion.
WIth any speed-tuned team you wanna make sure no one has any gear or masteries that affect tm or cooldowns.
If you've never used DWJ's speed calculator before, you'll have to make an account, it's free. It can be a little confusing at first, but we're here to help if you have any questions. You'll have to plug in any gear sets champs have equiped that give a speed bonus (ie. 2x speed, 1x perception) because the decimal place on the speed bonus is sometimes enough to throw things off.
Is it a speed tune?
MR has posted the speed tune above for ya which is correct. Just some additional notes. You only need Doompriest to make it fully affinity friendly. Id use Fahrakin instead of Tower as the last DPS. He will be an extra Ally Attack and will be your stun target against Magic so Helicath doesn't take it. Team can be run full auto but does require different presets for UNM and NM.

Its a good weekend to learn about Deadwood speed tune calculator. I will keep the forum on 911 standby. Thanks for everyone for the help.
The number #1 most common mistake in setting up a speed-tune, super common for your first time, is having a mastery or piece of gear that boosts tm, reduces cool-down, or gives an extra turn.
Second most common is not entering speed boosting gear correctly in the calc. my first team, a 0.1 speed difference threw off the tune around turn 25-ish, and the whole team collapsed and failed by turn 30, took me DAYS to find the problem.
Hes a generic DPS so can easily be swapped out.
idk about that .. he made fast tower crusher build a 1 key speedtune on void(when its a 3 , at best 2 key team. .. he does a ton of dmg , who would you replace him with ? Cuz i use the same fast towercrusher build poly uses ...only diff is he use draco and me anax .. and gearing , similar stats but not the same ...
