I have Urost, I have Bystophus and 2 Vlads yet when it comes to the scarab I've always fallen back on Champfort and 3 scrappers but they cant manage floor 100.
Trying to remember how people get it that fast but a terribly slow, very tanky (100k hp/3k def) Urost (with a team that dies at boss) in Regen/Immo can certainly do it in 20-50 turns.

It's about being provoked. If you're provoked and act it doesn't count as a turn.
Thats with no books so it is possible yeah. No idea how to do it in 2 turns but 61 is still a win so I'll take it.
Thats his stats. I'll try to get some HP boots and gauntlets for him since I usually sell everything that isn't speed and crit rate.
