Hello everyone,

one of the more important aspects in Raid S.L. are buffs to boost your allies and debuffs to weaken your enemies. So I want to ask: How does any Decrease Attack-debuff effects defensive or HP-based characters?

Is there attack strength not effected at all or does the term "decreased attack" stands here universal for any attack, no matter the targets alignment?

Further more: Does the Increased Defense-buff or Decreased Defense-debuff increase/reduce those characters attack? And does it makes HP-based characters - who normally have the lowest attack strength of all - more versatile for not having attack-reducing debuffs. Or does there attack falls by reducing there maximum HP?
