Lag in points is common, but I haven't seen that interaction with collecting rewards personally.

You're trying to collect the energy (which is presumably lit up) and it's kicking you out to the portal?

And you haven't received the energy, correct?

To be 100% sure, you took Tormin from the reward screen, and you did it while Champ Chase was active, right? If you had Tormin in your mailbox, unfortunately that won't count for points.

I claimed Tormin from his event screen.  I did get the points eventually but it was slow.  

I learned the inbox lesson the hard way.

This is a screenshot from a few mins ago.  What was the level to get the first reward?  If I had gotten the reward wouldn't it be showing?  There is a red dot on Champ Chase for some reason.  

EDIT:  The screeen starts as collect energy then changes to the one in the photo.  Time for me to uninstall and reinstall?

That is...super bizarre. 100 energy should be under the stone for 250 points. Are you on Plarium Play? if so, can you try resizing your Raid screen?

Yeah, at this point I think I'd go for the clear cache, uninstall/reinstall. Worth a shot at least.

Making sure you have all your passwords and such in order before you do that, all that jazz.

And no, I think it's just something that can happen to folks - regardless of PC quality. 

How about....you just scroll down...the energy rewards is hidden under the jump link...but you can scroll....

One thing i've found (but don't understand at all) is that manually resizing your screen, even just a tiny little bit, clears up *most* visual bugs.
