Destroy gear & Warmaster
Does the damage done by Warmaster also reduce Max HP if the champ is in Destroy gear?
and does Destroy gear have a limit of how much Max HP can be destroyed?

i don't believe that warmaster/giant slayer will reduce max hp, but i'm not 100% sure on that.
max hp can't ever be reduced below 40% of the original value and the destroy set specifically is limited to no more than 8% per attack.
