Champion Challenges part 3.6 , we need to upgrade a champion to lvl 40 , i already had a champion lvl 40 , but the challenge still not clear. What the problem?

make another :P. You had to wait until you got to that mission. In other words, your work is not retroactive, at least not in this case. Some missions can be "cleared" ahead of time, others need to be done when you get to them only.

iirc challenges aren't retroactive friendly, that's more of an Arbiter/Ramantu missions thing.
