hi everyone!

so, I have a Shamael that I'm using in hydra. he's AMAZING because I also have a Geomancer and the synergy between the two is incredible, but there's a problem.

you see, he's meant to be my mischief tank. he's sitting at 120 speed while everyone else is at about 200 (except geo which is at 188 because he's tuned for clan boss and I can't be bothered to change gear). i was told he needs to have high RES and low speeds so he keeps buffs on longer and they dont get stolen (he's sitting at about 400 RES rn and thats more than enough for normal/hard hydra), but the head of mischief never targets him because for some reason my faster champs always have more buffs.

how is that possible?
