It IS possible, though RNG can be a bit of a pain when it comes to this.

i guess you have galek as starter then, i have kael and have loads of all accessoiries except dark elves.
Looks like rng is set to not give the ones from the faction of your starter

Nope is not true, but it's only "unlucky" with droprate.
You must be more patient and you will find your items
For example i am farming spiders for take an Banner with acc (primary stat) for my Juliana but i can't find it for the moment but in return i already found a lot of different items very useful for other champions.
Keep patient and Farm more! For any question we are here
