I hope I am not the only one thinking this way and that maybe this demand can be heard.

The algorithm designed to group people for arena is missing something : balance.

I am a new player, 15 days on the game. I am not here to wine but will point out a problem. 

The grouping is based on the current score on the board.

Ex if you have 1550pts, I assume the game will find player between 1500 and 1600. 

I am not going to complain about the new players that pay to have a team of leg and epic... What I am looking at are the player that are old and do not necessarily play anymore, falling down the board down to bronze 2 with a team of 4 lvl 50 to 60. There is no way for a new comer to reach silver 1 even tho it is one of the 2 missions in line at the beginning. 

There is already a system to calculate the value of a team, why not use this to group people?

Maybe you will think it encourage people to pay to stand a chance, but in this case, the more people pay, the more the system will be biased because of all the dead weight of old account just rotting down the ladder.
