There's no real need to act this way... it's being worked on to be fixed, hopefully soon, are you updated to 1.11.1 or 1.11.2?

When i pay money for something that constantly is causing me grief bc if poor regard for fixing the game (multi battle for instance), there's plenty need to bounce my concerns based on what I'm seeing actually happen (champion development as an example).  

Compound that with the fact that customer support in game literally just closes tickets,  how can you not see where frustration comes from?

I have so ask what sort of device are you using? Because I have a iPhone X and I do not experience any of these issues players seem to complain about. Perhaps consider investing in a better device for mobile gaming? Raid is a rather demanding game with lots of actions, animations and good graphics. Meanwhile Devs seem to need to work optimizing the game for lower end phones

The update has been worse for me and it is upsetting

I've been experiencing so many game crashes over the past week. I have lost maybe 400+ energy on the game crashing when trying to run campaign farming trips. I've also lost clan boss keys with no damage, arena tokens with no result. I don't know what's happening here, but even just this morning my game crashed 6 times in a 5 minute window after selecting to battle 12-3 on brutal. Every time losing more energy.

What are the devices that you guys are using to play the game?

I have a Samsung galaxy s8+.  More than capable for the games demand.   The staggering, freezing,  and glitching isn't my phone's performance.   This happens regardless of if i just am running raid,  or if I'm running raid,  yt, and another program.  

My wife runs on ios, she used to have a world of trouble while i had zero issues.   Now it's the opposite.   Im just louder about it lol. 

I have a Samsung Note 10+, a brand new device,  and I freeze way too often.   Don't tell us it's a device issue.   You can't get a newer phone!  I, too, have lost hundreds in energy and a few keys.   Notifying you guys is futile.  That's why people are pissed!

I'm using a brand new Samsung Galaxy S10. The problems are with the server not my phone most definitely. Had a few more disconnects today while fighting Minotaur 15, costing more energy and time for nothing : (
