doesnt look terrible, but easy pass for me. Faction specific passives/skills are annoying. This guy would end up being perma vaulted for my account.
tbf, it's not really faction-specific. The fact that the debuff can't be resisted is nice, sure, but auto-activation happens regardless of faction.
Interresting kit not sure we needed another arena champion targeted at the enemies buffs. I keep hoping for a pure DPS champion like Gnut again.
Seems like there is some hydra usability on this champion but I am far from knowledgable on Hydra to say for sure.
I will go for this champion but may sit for some time as there are a lot more champions in my list that need books first. I really wish that they would be a little less stingy with books.

Extremely minimal hydra utility. Hydra heads don't "revive", so the passive won't trigger. They shouldn't have many buffs, so the A2 won't do much. The A1 isn't terrible as an extra source of block buffs, but certainly nothing to devote an entire champ slot for. The A3 not granting an extra turn makes its utility pretty low as well.
And, the fact that it does ATK up instead of DEF up for champs whose ATK is higher, means that even for a CB team his utility is pretty low.
This guy is basically 100% arena-focused. And he's not bad at that job, really. The passive is arguably better than Lydia's, since the cooldown is so low.
ANOTHER Arena champ?
Ronda, Son Wukong, Xena and now Ugir ? The last 3 were also very close together.
I don't need anything for Arena (anymore). It's the least fav playmode by far since it's just a chore. Easy pass. I can't imaine how anyone would actually need him desperate. He is not bad but ... c'mon... a pve hard hitter or healer would be nice for once...
Would be a good fusion except one thing...🐑
For sure. I would assume that the order on how everything executes is as follows.
1. Removes Buffs
2. Places the weaken
3. Attacks
I will say that if they don't have it this is an amazing counter for the people that run a WuKong with little to no health. People build WuKong to die, pop up and blow up your team. This would put him right back down again. There is a cooldown but I would think by his 2nd revive you would have a counter in place. Right now I just use UDK whenever I see WuKong which is also a great counter to him as a nuker.
Does Polymorph trigger on buff removal? If not, even if he does get sheeped because of the debuff, the bulk of his role is still fulfilled - he'll remove all buffs, do damage, but then get polymorphed, which isn't the end of the world?
I think polymorph would trigger before the attack when the buffs are removed.

Yes, polymorph can trigger on each buff removal. When this happens, he will not attack.

Except the passive only pops on actively cast revives, so doesn't even counter Wukong properly.
