For the right situation she is amazing. Basically with stoneskin and lightning cage she is going to be able to solo some PvP teams. Apparently Palarium was annoyed with teams that pilled on crazy amounts of buffs. 

I don't know if this is the one meta that they needed to counter. WuKong took care of this pretty well. What they need to release to the general public is a good champion to combat the go first bomb team. There are counters to those teams but a good chunk of us aren't going to have them. That meta is still a foot race to who has the fastest team. I mean sure I can use Skytouched Shaman or someone that is easily gettable but I have to be fast enough to use them. Bomb teams are going to be built to be as fast as possible. I am not going to be that fast most of the time. If Panda started out asleep he could have been that counter but he doesn't.

Mithrala *usually* keeps me from getting 1-turn wiped by bombers (also i tend to ban RatKing)

Like all things, it will likely depend on her multipliers. If she hits like a truck she could be ultra strong into stall teams or the triple support meta we're in. 

Does anyone think that they can make Xena into similar style of Taras? Isn't Taras known for his A3 where damage increases by 15% for each buff on allies. Xena is basically doing something similar to this, alebeit against enemies with buffs instead of allies(ignore 10% of the targets def for each buff on the target)

Against something like a Duchess Nehkret team aren't we looking at like 4-5 buffs per enemy at least. And she cannot weak hit on these enemies with buffs (so she is basically void situationally).

I guess it all comes down to her multipliers I assume?   

Hmm, she (conditionally) can't weak hit, but can still crit unlike most champs who have a can't weak-hit ability

But she can be weak hit *against* by magic champs. I'd say that debatably makes her *better* than void.

HH has released his ratings for Xena.  I won't be buying her.  5* rating for arena and dark fae isn't that important to me.  The extra rewards are not that amazing.  I am not a fan of live arena so this may may come  back to haunt me.  I never got Ninja and my game has not ground to a halt.   

If they offer a godlike champ in the future, I am in.  

Well, after 2 1/2 years f2p I think I can afford $40.  I'm not sold on her kit.  But I was a zena fan years before I heard of RAID.

but let me ask.  The ad seems to be very very misleading. Elite pass for $40 shows only 4 rewards.  Elite + all levels shows a lot more for $60.

It looks that way, just like Forge Pass.

^ This is correct. $40 gets you the version where you have to grind it out, $60 is the immediate "get your stuff now" version.

From the play testing I am seeing that she is good but not OP. What is wierd is that from what I am seeing the A3 is hitting quite a bit harder than the A2. The armor reduction really makes a difference. If you have someone with 4 debuffs on them you are going to ignore 20% more defense. 

Overall I think this is a complete meta champion. In classic arena she will be really good to pull out to kill certain teams. In live arena I would think that you would pull her out with someone like WuKong and then the other team has to chose their poison if they have a team built around buffs. 

I still don't understand why they threw out 3 champions targets PvP buffs in a close timeframe. I fear I am going to see a ton more Ma'Shalled type teams. I am going to like using her against the, buff, buff, attack teams but I think what you will see then are speed boost, debuff, debuff, attack teams. Maybe not.  

Not surprising at all that the A3 would hit harder. Why would you expect the A2 to do more? The A2 has a 4x ATK multiplier while the A3 is 4.1x, and the A3 scales more with enemy buffs than the A2 does.

I wasn't expecting the A2 to do more. Just noting that the A3 is doing significantly more.
