I only use ukko in pvp.  Occasionally on my C team.  Not a fan of the conditional block debuffs.  I prefer uugo in hydra. 

I do. Ukko and dupe ukko lead my A & B teams, and monkey does buff strip and block for my C team.

One of my ukkos is in provoke gear with revenge accessories. WIth Shamael on the team he takes a LOT of attacks

That would work well, my only issue with Ukko is he doesn't place Block buffs on heads that have just spawned.  I prefer him as a secondary option, usually in a provoke set for even more utility.

Also works well in tag arena and DT floors for cc

I would love to have a second Ukko. Like my first, he'd go right into High Res/High Acc Provoke.... and then onto my second Hydra team. Really is nice for Decay.

If I'm running Ukko as my main block buffs I like having a backup like Lydia, or I'd want something like Kimi. Even having a situational backup is really nice and should prevent too much nonsense.

Well he's still doing Speed Up, 2nd Provoke, Dec Acc, Buff Strip and Block Buffs for me. Good combo there, even if he's not always hitting Dec Acc/Block Buffs until after a head gets their first turn off respawn.

Oh yeah. Definitely not an indictment of Ukko's kit by me in any way, shape or form. It would be nice if he could block buffs on respawned heads but alas...

Now be happy you got Provoke on Decay before they get upset, I promised you would all behave if they added that for me. Haha
